What is QWO®?

QWO is a prescription medicine used to treat moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women. QWO is short for collagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes. QWO is the first and only FDA-approved injectable for the treatment of moderate to severe cellulite. QWO (pronounced kwhoa) contains two types of collagen-degrading enzymes that eat away at the fibrous bands (or fibrous septae) connecting skin to muscle, gradually dissolving the tethers that cause dimpling and allows the skin to float back up and smooth out.

Who is a good candidate for QWO®?

If you have moderate to severe cellulite in your buttocks,  you may be a great candidate for QWO treatments. QWO treatments have been shown to improve cellulite appearance.

Women are more likely to have cellulite than men, it affects women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and races.

How does QWO® work?

The Enzymes called collagenases in QWO are believed to target the structural causes under the skin, where cellulite starts. QWO works by releasing those fibrous bands that hold the skin down, redistributing fat cells, and stimulating the growth of new collagen.

They chose QWO, and it showed.
