Bacillus subtilis, and Bacillus clausii: These three probiotics are known to maintain or help restore the natural balance of intestinal microflora.

This creates a favorable environment for the growth of "good microflora" in the large intestine, which helps support its integral functions, namely the absorption of water and minerals and the passage of the remaining waste products.

Bacilli probiotic species are favorable because they exhibit the characteristics of both the Bacillus and Lactobacillus genera while being resistant to high temperatures. This product contains the optimal dose of 5 billion cfu/dose. Bacillus clausii demonstrates antibiotic-resistant properties suggesting that it can be a key probiotic in supporting gut flora during and after antibiotic therapy.
