Contains Zeaxanthin & Lutein which are important carotenoids that have antioxidant functions in the body (especially the eyes) helping to protect against the damaging effects of free radicals and they block blue light from reaching the underlying structures in the retina. This is helpful in night vision and reducing the risk of oxidative damage which leads to macular degeneration.
