Meet Chef Chew
Clint Chew is our gourmet chef at The Healing Sanctuary. His primary focus is to provide nutritious, organic, and affordable lunch options for our staff to enjoy while at work. Clint brings to our team extensive experience as a sous and executive chef, manager, and director of operations at many diverse restaurants in several different locations across the country.
Clint began his culinary career when he was just 14 years old as a dishwasher for a small family-owned restaurant. He continued working in the restaurant business all through high school as a fry cook at Chili’s Bar & Grill, and then moved up as a trainer and helped open up new restaurants. Clint has served as a chef at many popular restaurants including Planet Hollywood in Nevada, the All Star Cafe in Honolulu, The Cheesecake Factory, The Denver Chophouse & Brewery, Quizno’s, Topgolf, and even Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville in Las Vegas!
He decided to move here with his girlfriend, Jill and her 10 year old daughter, Rylee so they could escape the craziness of the big city! In his spare time, he enjoys snowboarding, riding and racing dirt bikes, and being outdoors. Clint is excited to be a part of the team at The Healing Sanctuary, and looks forward to using his vast experience to provide delicious and healthy lunch options daily for the entire staff.
