Terms of this Marketing Authorization Permission Form

The purpose of this form is to grant permissions and authorization for The Healing Sanctuary to usevmaterials and content collected from interested parties for the purpose of marketing the products and services of The Healing Sanctuary. The rights granted to The Healing Sanctuary are contained below and may be revoked at any time by interested parties as detailed below.

1. Identities

1.1 The Healing Saznctuary refers to physicians, employees, and marketing consultants of The Healing Sanctuary.
1.2 Interested parties refer to customers, contractors, and other affiliates of The Healing Sanctuary.

2. Materials and/or Content refer to comments, testimonials written, or videotaped, digital messages, images, and other similar events created with interested parties.

3. Marketing refers to the online, digital, electronic, printed, or broadcasted use of materials and content for the purpose of promoting The Healing Sanctuary

4. Permissions and Authorizations include the following:

4.1. Interested parties waive all rights to direct the use of their individual materials and content as it will be used.
4.2 Interested parties may revoke the use of their materials and content by written notice to The Healing Sanctuary with a 30-Day window to remove relevant materials and content.
4.2.1. The Healing Sanctuary will remove all materials and content to the best of its ability. Some content and material once made public, are not retractable to their full extent and the office of The Healing Sanctuary will not be held liable in these situations.
4.3. The Healing Sanctuary may share materials and content with a third-party for the creation and promotion of marketing. Third-parties may include but are not limited to advertising agencies, marketing consultants, creative agencies, and media organizations.
